The first time I came to Knoxville I saw seven houses, but I didn't see any I liked enough for me to make an offer. Heather kept in touch and when I saw a house I liked, I made an offer. Angie sold my house (in 4 days) in west Knoxville about 3 years ago. We had owned that residence for 34 years. When I was ready to purchase my next home by myself, of course I called Angie. She helped me look for my new home. It took a little longer to find a home because of the sellers market right now. Most of the houses sold the first day or so when they went on the market. We finally found the house I wanted. It went on the market on Monday afternoon I looked at it on Tuesday and I put an offer in on it . Angie is a wonderful Realtor and she knows her business.
